Complete modular kitchen- granite or any other marble with marble partitions, sink installation.

Bathroom and toilets wall tiles and flooring tiles work.

8. Carpenter work
Complete flush door, windows, one wardrobe and kitchen cabinets work below slab and upper storage cabinets.

9. Marble polishing
If your flooring with marble then granite polish will be provided.

10. Paint work
Complete paint work – wall paint, ceiling paint and door frame (chaukhat) polish.

Terms and conditions
a) Assuming the site and road level to be equal, if the ground level needs to be raised above, it shall be charge for accordingly .
b) Hard rock/soft rock excavation, if it arises shall be charge accordingly.
c) Electricity and water needs to be provided by the client free of cost for house construction.
d) Any work not mention in this package so shall be charge accordingly .
e) Basic price of cement is Rs 385/bag and steel Rs 60000MT, any increment in this price shall be charged accordingly .
f) Buying new soil for filling or transfer the excavation soil shall be charged accordingly .
g) Standard Dept of the foundation considered at 5 feet and rest depends on the height of the building .
h) If there are any constraints in material delivery at site, the additional charges shall be levied.
i) A specific area to construct for labor and a shed for material need to be provided near the construction site by the client.
j) Any road cutting charges for the electricity or sewage or water line is not included, such works shall be charges accordingly.
k) RMC uses for your slab when minimum area 1500sqft per floor and also easy access way of machine.
